Our experience with Lilou was great. She was incredibly knowledgeable and comfortable with babies and knew exactly how to help my newborn son relax and ease his discomfort. Lilou is exceptional!

I first visited with a compression in my c3 vertebrae and was told by the GP that I wouldn’t be able to play rugby for at least 18 months.

After several visits and following Lilou’s bespoke guidance on rehab, I was able to return to full strength and playing within 9 months and have remained injury free for my longest spell over 15 years of playing.

Not only is Lilou incredibly knowledgeable, she is also super friendly. I couldn’t recommend more!

I highly recommend working with Lilou. We had a block of sessions to help with our newborn’s tension (jaw and whole body). We were having lots of trouble with feeding due to tension and tongue tie. We could see benefit from each session and midwifes could see the improvement too.
